Policies:
- Wise Manor cannot accept pets of any size or species; Jefferson has an excellent kennel at 1107 N. Walcott/903-665-3600.
- Wise Manor has no facilities for infants; this historic home is not appropriate for toddlers.
- Wise Manor has a $25 per room, per night, ANYTIME cancellation fee; please plan carefully.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival may result in full room charges if the room(s) cannot be re-booked.
- No-shows will, of course, be fully charged.
- There is a $25 charge for each child under 14.
- There is a $25 charge for each additional person in a room. Wise Manor can provide a comfortable air mattress for one person.
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card; however Wise Manor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Travelers’ Checks, and cash.
- Gift certificates are available and make excellent Christmas, birthday, anniversary, retirement, graduation, or thank-you gifts.
